Schantelle Cason
Executive Assistant
Schantelle Cason is a multi-hyphenate actress, writer, consultant and producer. Outside of TSMA, she’s been featured in countless commercial campaigns, voiced roles on Archer, Gods of War Ragnarok and promos across major networks and streamers. She’s a creative collaborator passionate about storytelling that sparks joy and reflects a tapestry of global diversity.
Ben Whitehair
Chief Operating Officer
Ben has been a champion for social change through art and business for the last twenty years. Alongside leading the operations of TSMA, he recently served as the Executive Vice President of the performer’s union SAG-AFTRA, is a certified business and mindset coach, working actor, and has built and scaled numerous successful businesses.
Bethany Gayton
VP, Systems
Bethany has many years of unique experience in Instagram development and strategy; prior to her current role, she was leading the growth team for Actor Influencer, a social firm later acquired by TSMA. In her free time, she and her husband run a YouTube channel, and have amassed nearly 200,000 subscribers.
Asia Marche
Account Manager
A multifaceted professional in acting, producing, and community development—armed with degrees in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Urban Planning—Asia offers a unique perspective. Leveraging a decade of expertise in branding, marketing, and production, her impactful work involves scaling mental health organizations, local governments, and small businesses, while enhancing the brands of creative artists. Beyond TSMA, her commitment to social consciousness is evident in her passion for using media and education to uplift marginalized communities globally.
Cloyd Villarubia
Graphic Designer
Cloyd has been a Graphic Designer for 9 years, leaning on his vast experience as a professional photographer. He enjoys being able to create graphics that reflect the clients’ aesthetics and core values.
Jen Levin
Senior Growth Administrator
Jen has a background in both customer care and social media management, and uses her skills to help our clients get the most out of their TSMA service. She credits her problem solving and organizational skills to being a true puzzle nerd.
Leah Cevoli
Senior Account Manager
Leah Cevoli comes to TSMA with over a decade’s worth of experience in social media and online marketing. She also has an extensive background in producing, brand promotions and crowdfunding. As a storyteller and public speaker, Leah works in television and film as an actress, host and voiceover artist. She is also a published poet.
Nicholas Rule
Director, Account Management
Nicholas Rule currently holds the position of Director, Account Management at TSMA and has worked in media relations and writing for years. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a degree focused in film, media, and writing, he uses his skills to help clients co-create an online presence consistent with their unique career and/or business goals. When not interfacing directly with clients, Nicholas guides the account management team and supervises account management activities.
Reylan Gayas
Lead Graphic Designer
Reylan has been in the graphic design industry for more than 15 years, having worked with medical, retail, entertainment, education, fashion, journalism, and tourism companies. Reylan has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is currently exploring animation.
Whitney Claire Kaufman
Administrative Assistant
A veteran of the live entertainment industry—both onstage as a world-traveled performer and offstage as choreographer and director—Whitney brings her enthusiasm for creative collaboration and problem solving to everything she does at TSMA. A graduate of Chapman University in Theatre Performance and English, Whitney is passionate about authentic human connection, clear and kind communication, and creating amazing things together with our clients.
Pegah Rashti
Account Manager
Pegah has over 14 years of experience in social media marketing, having started with VH1/MTV/Nickelodeon, and continuing across a multitude of diverse industries. She is also a Persian-American actress, writer and creator. In her free time Pegah loves to dance at concerts, travel, make TikToks and work with various nonprofits in LA.
Steven Busby
Lead Content Creator
Recognized as one of the leading photographers in Los Angeles, Steven has done more than 1,000 shoots for TSMA clients over the past five years. As an artist, Steven has experience both in front of and behind the lens. When he isn’t creating, he enjoys travel, good food, and being with fiancée and two cats.
Teresina Kamau
Customer Care Specialist
Teresina is an experienced customer care specialist with a passion for customer satisfaction. At TSMA, Teresina is part of the driven and enthusiastic Customer Care team. She has over three years of experience in customer success in the services industry, and is adept at customer relationship management, consumer research and customer support.
Lashawn Williams
Content Creator
With years of experience in the TV and film worlds, Lashawn Williams has taken his skills over to the TSMA team, where he aids in content creation. Crafting and filming client brands and unique niches makes him a one-of-a-kind triple threat as a videographer and photographer. He also very much enjoys going home to his two dogs and cat.
Brooke Becker
Senior Account Manager
Brooke Becker is an actress and a writer. She has written and produced both stage productions and short films, and holds an English degree from Loyola Marymount University. Outside of TSMA, she is best known for her roles in projects such as Hulu’s The Dropout, HBOmax’s Head of the Class, and Pureflix’s The Encounter series.
Jun Balbuena
Video Editor
Jun specializes in creating captivating videos for Instagram, YouTube, and various social media platforms. Alongside video editing, he brings a plethora of skills in graphic design, illustration, and basic animation, with hands-on experience managing Instagram and YouTube content. Currently, he’s learning the basics of 3D and digital illustration. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, reading manga, watching anime, and playing games.
Jy Prishkulnik
Account Manager
Jy Prishkulnik is an actor and a writer. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA with her BA in English, Concentration in Creative Writing, and a Double Minor in Theater and Film, Television & Digital Media. While at UCLA, she won the Thompson Prize for her Senior Honors Thesis titled “Animating the Disney Princess: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), Cinderella (1950), and the Evolving Princess Code.” Outside of TSMA, she is known for her TV, voiceover, and film, roles such as Disney Plus’s JUST BEYOND Bethesda’s STARFIELD, and Nickelodeon’s MONSTER HIGH: THE MOVIE. But the role she is most proud of, is that of a dog mum to her two rescue mutts, Mowgli and Myrtle.
